Q: Do I need to have an appointment or can I walk in?
A: We do not accept walk ins. You must have an appointment.
Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Q: Do you offer in home services?
A: We are currently not offering in home services at this time; however, once they are offered again, they will be available with a travel fee added.
Q: Do you offer couples massages?
A: We are not offering couples massages at this time.
Q: I have a Groupon, how do I book my appointment?
A: If you have a Groupon, you can book your appointment as normal and the voucher will be applied at the time of your service.
Q: My service is paid for with a Groupon voucher. Do I have to put in my card information?
A: Yes, although your service is covered through Groupon, a card is required for booking per the company booking policy. Like booking any other service, your card will not be charged and is not seen by God's Healing Hands Massage Services.
Q: What happens if I miss my appointment?
A: In the event that you are a "no-show" for your appointment, your appointment will be marked as such and your card on file will be charged according to the company's cancellation and no-show policy. If the card is not able to be processed for the payment amount, the client will be required to pre-pay for future services. Alternatively, if a Groupon voucher is being used for the service, the voucher will be redeemed.
